Customer By MP 2010-07-30 I had my passenger rear and small window broken on my truck. I called my insurance company who connected me to Barry the office manager. I spoke to Barry who was very help and told me to bring it right in even gave me directions how to get there and directions to make sure I got home. When I got there Barry said he needed was my insurance card and said he will take care of the rest. Even gave me a coupon to get discount on breakfast while I waited. The work was done in an hour. A+++ thanks guys By bob brodsky 2010-07-13 I've just completed my second visit to the great guys a 2 hour auto glass. I came downstairs to find my windshield cracked yesterday. I called my insurance co. and requested 2 hour which they approved. I then called the boys and Barry told me to bring it right over. I got to the shop at 10:30 and the car was ready at 12:25. Now let me tell tou about the first time I met Joe. Last Christmas morning my wife found that her drivers window was smashed and a parts stolen from the inside of the door. The weather was threatening, freezing rain was predicted. I found 2hour online and called them. To my great surprise Joe answered the phone and said that "no we won't be doing repairs today but why don't you bring the car over so you don't have to leave it outside in the bad weather. Are you kidding? No, said Joe. We brought it over to the shop on Friday 12/25/2009 and the job was finished by 11 a.m. on Saturday 12/26/2009. And they replaced fixed the door , too! I'll always go back to 2 hour auto glass!
